Pork Curry

Yep… my first time cooking Pork Curry and Myco liked it! ;o) It took me about 1 & 1/2 hours to cook it. Initially, I wanted to cook CHICKEN Curry but since we only had 2 chicken legs in the fridge… I used a kilo of pork instead.

Myco’s rating: 6/10

Meat: tenderness was just right (thanks to Sam for the tip)
Potatoes: soft enough to eat. hahaha ;o)
Curry/Milk mix: Malasa naman pero kulang daw ng pinch of spicy flavor.
Presentation: Bagsak daw! Ay nako.. maarte ka lang hon. hihihi! ;D
