Myco’s verdict: 6/10 😦

Upon tasting the soup and chewing his first meat… He gave me a 10! **a bit teary eyed** and I even shouted “YES!”
Then after chewing a bit more, he said: “Ay may kulang! Kulang sa lasa yung meat!
So ano score ko? I said. He then gave me a cold 6/10 😦  Bummer!

The soup and vegetables (bok choy & potatoes) had the perfect taste and tenderness. But the meat, although it was soft and tender, lacked taste and was quite bland said Myco.
Note to self next time I cook THIS:
** I should use 500mL of  water after sauteing the garlic and onions, add in the slightly tender meat (pre-cooked), corns of pepper and fish sauce , bring it to boil then simmer a little so that the  fish sauce will sink in the meat. After that add in the remaining 500mL (hot water preferred), throw in the potatoes and so on. haha! 😀
